Please note the differences between originals and prints shipping and handling. We offer direct free shipping on all originals from the Denver studio. The shipping policy for originals is that we only ship to the USA. Your original painting will ship out within five to seven business days of your purchase. Your original painting order will ship via Fedex and will require a direct signature. We have been shipping original paintings nationally for over 16 years so you can trust that your painting will be packaged securely. You will receive a tracking number for your original painting order once it has shipped from the Denver studio. Please contact us if you may be traveling in order to arrange appropriate delivery times. Please note that all print orders from this site are processed and shipped from Bay Photo Labs in Scotts Valley, CA. You will be charged Bay Photo Labs standard US shipping rates & international rates. Please contact them at 1-800-435-6686 or email@example.com if you have questions regarding your print order.
What are your polices on returns / exchanges and refunds?
We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase. If you want to return your original art or print for any reason you may do so within 5 days of receipt. You will receive store credit from this site for a future purchase. Please note that you will need to get pre-approval before returning your purchase, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 773 580 6446 Monday - Friday 9 - 5 MST. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs on return orders.
What if I ave problems with my discount coupon code at checkout?
If your shopping cart does not accept your coupon code please email us immediately email@example.com Please do not proceed with your order. Discounts codes will only be honored and processed through the secure shopping cart at check out.
What if my order arrives damaged?
On the very rare occasion that your painting or print arrives and the box is damaged, please contact us immediately by calling (773) 580-6446, Monday - Friday 9 - 5. MST or email us firstname.lastname@example.org Before opening the package, please photograph the outside of the box. You may open the package to see if the artwork has been damaged. If your artwork is damaged please photograph it and attach your digital photos to an email and send them to email@example.com please include the full name on the order, your order number and brief description of the damage. You will receive an email or phone call within 3 business days to let your know that your return is being processed and how to proceed with the original damaged order. Please note that for quality control and insurance, all original painting shipping from the Denver studio are photographed before they ship.
What if I want to commission an original site specific painting?
Tracy Lynn Pristas has completed over 29 successful commissioned painting projects. You will own an original painting that you will treasure forever and a unique story to cherish. If you are considering a commission please call Tracy at 773 580 6446 for a free 30 minute phone consultation. Custom paintings include an additional 15 - 20 % fee of the standard retail price. The custom fee depends on the scope of the project. All commissions include the signing off on a one page commission contract that outlines the scope and timeline of the art project. Once both parties have signed the contract a 50 % deposit is required to begin the work.
